I’m Arielle, the owner and lead planner at Summer & Co. Events. I’m a Northern California native who calls Washington, DC home. I did not start this journey with the goal of launching my own wedding planning business. Wedding planning was only going to be a creative outlet while I thought through the next step of my “real” corporate career.
Then, I fell head-over-heels in love with wedding planning – working with wonderful couples in love, diving head first into the details, making connections with other local wedding professionals – then watching it ALL come together during one amazing day. I still tear up every time I watch two people in love speak their vows to each other!
