Wedding Day Management
Our Wedding Day Management services are for couples who are excited to manage all areas of the planning and design process and want to ensure that their wedding day runs smoothly. We provide vendor recommendations and then you take the lead by communicating and contracting with all vendors independently. We step in 8 weeks in advance of your wedding to finalize logistics and tie up any loose ends, creating a concrete wedding day plan for us to oversee.

- Coordination of your wedding day beginning 8 weeks in advance.
- Coordination and accompaniment of your final walk-through.

We hired Arielle at Summer & Co events fairly late in our wedding planning process, just a few months before our original date in April 2020. She was wonderful at jumping in and making suggestions for things we might have overlooked and coordinating with vendors and setting up timelines for the day and helped ease any concerns we had about planning and organizing.
When the pandemic forced us to postpone, Arielle had brought Jill onboard and they helped us reschedule.
On the actual day of, we didn't really know what to expect, but we were so impressed with how organized they were and how we didn't have to think about anything except having a good time. We can't say enough about how helpful they were during all the insanity of the last year and a half!
