Justine  & Spencer tied the knot at the elegant St. Regis hotel under a lush floral arch. Their reception featured large cherry blossom arrangements, a D.C. classic, and stunning elevated floral arrangements by Amaryllis. After dinner, Justine slipped into a sparkling reception gown. Justin and Spencer then kicked off a rockin' party with cold stream fireworks and a 10- piece soul band.
